What we collect

Your email, consent and 18+ confirmation, sign-up date and time, IP address and the form you used, and your email opens/clicks (Brevo tracking). If you join on Ko-fi, Ko-fi and Stripe collect your name, payment details and country. We see your name, email, tier and country, not your card number.

Drawing a card on this site collects nothing. If you reply to an email, we see your reply.

Why

To send the 7 daily card emails you asked for (including an offer to join a paid membership on Day 7), then occasional news and offers, and to keep a record of your consent as Australian law requires. We don't sell or rent your details.

Overseas

We store and process your details overseas. Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France/EU) holds our mailing list. Ko-fi (UK) and Stripe (USA and other countries) handle memberships and payments. Cloudflare (global network) hosts this site. These providers have their own privacy protections, and overseas laws may differ from Australian law.

YouTube plays the embedded videos and may set its own cookies.

Under-18s

This service is for adults 18+. If we learn that someone under 18 has signed up, we delete their details.

Retention

We keep your details until you unsubscribe, then keep a record of your consent and unsubscribe for up to 2 years to show we followed the law.

If you buy a personal reading, your intake answers and the delivered reading are deleted 90 days after delivery.

How to unsubscribe

Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email (one click), or email us and we'll remove you. It takes effect right away and always within 5 business days.

Access, correction and complaints

Email hello@listentodevine.com to access, correct or delete your details, or to complain. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, contact the OAIC: oaic.gov.au, 1300 363 992.
